These Terms of Service govern your use of HoliTrack, including our website, web app, and connected integrations such as Slack. By accessing or using HoliTrack, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What HoliTrack Does

HoliTrack helps teams manage leave requests, time-off balances, approvals, departments, and related notifications. Features may be available through the web dashboard and third-party integrations, including Slack.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or using HoliTrack through an invited organization account. You are responsible for:

  • keeping your login credentials secure,
  • all activity carried out under your account, and
  • ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable law and your employer's internal policies.

3. Organization Accounts

When you use HoliTrack as part of an organization, the organization may control access to the workspace, manage departments, configure time-off policies, invite or remove users, and review relevant leave activity. You understand that your access may depend on your organization maintaining an active HoliTrack setup.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse HoliTrack. This includes not:

  • attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data,
  • interfering with the normal operation or security of the service,
  • using the service to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content, or
  • reverse engineering or copying the service except where allowed by law.

5. Integrations and Third-Party Services

HoliTrack may integrate with third-party services such as Slack, Google, analytics providers, and payment processors. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

6. Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee that HoliTrack will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, although we aim to provide a reliable service.

7. Fees and Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay applicable fees. Billing and payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider. Unless required by law, paid fees are non-refundable once charged.

8. Intellectual Property

HoliTrack and its related content, branding, software, and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or any underlying rights to you.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to HoliTrack if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or create risk for the service, other users, or our partners. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

HoliTrack is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or business arising from your use of HoliTrack.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update this page and revise the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of HoliTrack after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
