HoliTrack helps teams manage leave requests, time-off balances, approvals, departments, and related notifications. Features may be available through the web dashboard and third-party integrations, including Slack.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account or using HoliTrack through an invited organization account. You are responsible for:
When you use HoliTrack as part of an organization, the organization may control access to the workspace, manage departments, configure time-off policies, invite or remove users, and review relevant leave activity. You understand that your access may depend on your organization maintaining an active HoliTrack setup.
You agree not to misuse HoliTrack. This includes not:
HoliTrack may integrate with third-party services such as Slack, Google, analytics providers, and payment processors. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
We may update, improve, suspend, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee that HoliTrack will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, although we aim to provide a reliable service.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay applicable fees. Billing and payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider. Unless required by law, paid fees are non-refundable once charged.
HoliTrack and its related content, branding, software, and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or any underlying rights to you.
We may suspend or terminate access to HoliTrack if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or create risk for the service, other users, or our partners. You may stop using the service at any time.
HoliTrack is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or business arising from your use of HoliTrack.
