Is HoliTrack really free? +

Yes. Teams with fewer than 10 members can use the free plan with no credit card indefinitely.

For $19 per month, our Pro plan supports teams up to 35 members and includes:

  • Unlimited departments.
  • Advanced import and export tools.
  • A closer feedback loop for teams that need HoliTrack to fit their workflow.
  • Internal API access, available at an additional cost.

For larger teams, Scale is $1 per user per month and includes everything in Pro plus priority email support and custom PTO types.

What time-off policies does HoliTrack offer? +
HoliTrack supports monthly accrual and yearly time-off allowances, with rollover options available for teams that carry unused allowance forward.
What powers do admins have? +

For now, admins can:

  • Invite users to the organization.
  • Remove users from the organization.
  • Customize user allowances.
  • Approve user time-off requests.
  • Create departments for users.
  • Review requests from people asking to join the organization.
Which integrations are available? +
